From 3D Printing to Robotic Flowers: C4K Youth Showcase Creativity

On February 23, 2024, C4K held its Youth Pitch Night at the CODE Building, where the Spring Cohort of youth members shared their STEAM-powered project ideas with their peers, families, and the C4K community. Mentors were present to provide encouragement and support.

The youth-driven projects showcased creativity and ingenuity. Some of the projects included a 3D-printed phone holder with dimmable LED lights, a robotic flower that opens and changes color, and a Barbie controlled via Bluetooth. These creations redefined what’s possible for our youth.

By engaging in project-based learning, C4K youth can enhance their critical thinking and problem-solving skills and work on collaboration and communication skills while integrating technology.

C4K youth have eight weeks to come up with finished products. We can’t wait to see them at the Youth Showcase on April 26th. We hope you will join us!
