C4K Welcomes Chelsea Park as New Pathways Coordinator

C4K is excited to announce the hiring of Chelsea Park as the organization’s new Pathways Coordinator. Chelsea comes to C4K with over eleven years of experience in education, most recently serving as the Coordinator and Teacher of AVID (Advancement Via Individual Determination) at Charlottesville High School.

Chelsea will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing C4K’s new college and career readiness program. She will also develop and coordinate STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts, and math)-centric community events that spark interest in deeper engagement.

Chelsea is passionate about youth empowerment and believes every student deserves the opportunity to pursue their dreams. She is committed to creating a supportive and inclusive environment where youth can confidently explore various career pathways, develop essential skills, and make informed decisions about their future.

“I am thrilled to join C4K and be a part of an organization that is making a difference in the lives of young people,” said Chelsea. “I am passionate about helping youth reach their full potential, and I am confident I can significantly contribute to C4K’s mission.”

Chelsea is an Arizona State University graduate, earning a degree in Secondary English Education and a master’s in Curriculum and Instruction. She is also a certified teacher in Virginia.
