Hip hip hooray, it’s the first day of May, and we have some special news. The C4K family just grew a little bit! Welcome, baby Lucy! Tricia (our wonderful Mentor Coordinator) and Ethan stopped by for a special introduction. Welcome to the world, little one!

Lucy’s custom onesie was created at C4K by Breyanna, our UVA IPP intern using the cricut machine and vinyl heat press!
While Tricia is on maternity leave, Blair McAvoy (our Clubhouse Coordinator) be taking over 1:1 pair support, new mentor training, new matches, etc., so please direct any mentoring related questions to Blair.
Stay tuned for lots of fun ways to get plugged in this summer. We are going to run an extensive workshop series for youth members and mentors throughout the summer. It will touch on all of the most common tools youth and mentors use at C4K, including Stop Motion Animation & Green Screen, Adobe Premiere, Creating Sound Effects for film, Intro to Power tools and much more.
